Does anyone have problems with the MTS internet connections? Can't seem to get through MTS techsupport.

Up all day here been on since 6:00 am not problem

East end of Brandon here also. Apparently mine went off last night, as the computer indicated. This morning it was slow to load pages, others were fine though. Rebooted the pc, seemed to fix the problem for me.

This morning the pc indicated I was disconnected again. Reconnect, only half pages are loading again (and this was before coffee! lol) Rebooted...and all is good. Anyone get an explanation from tech support yesterday?

If rebooting fixes the problem, it's probably a problem with your computer, not MTS.

I will try and let you know lol mine still loading like crap I talked to them a second time yesterday they seem to think its a line problem but have to start at my end and work backwards. and by loading poorly i mean half pages , no pics etc

Nimmie, please contact support. No matter what provider you're guaranteed to at the minimum have folks with isolated issues that need to be diagnosed at their end. These threads can be good info gathering tools to an extent but I'd start with the assumption of an isolated issue before writing it off as a wider provider issue. Best of luck getting things sorted out!

will indeed be contacting tech support.

I'm not tech savvy in the least, but hubby is usually very good at finding and fixing any tech problems on our end... sadly these past few days, he hasn't been able to find anything wrong.
