Movinf and traveling with child

So my ex decided one day to just up and move out of the province with my child! She restricts my access to my child greatly ! She also takes her on trips over to the states repeatedly ! What can I do here ?

Obviously your ex has full custody because they can't cross border without written permission if she/he didn't. Do you have visitation rights? If so ,is it possible for you to travel to see child?

I agree that your best bet is to talk to a lawyer. There are always many opinions on this subject manner, but it is not deferential opinions that you need, you need to know the legal standpoint of your situation.

there is absolutely nothing wrong asking here that question to ebrandon stranger. You never know he might get a good advise and maybe more prepare and ready once you meet a lawyer.

But when it comes to advice, you get what you pay for.

It's been my experience that a bunch of online Matlocks tend to muddy the waters, which is a disservice to someone obviously seeking clarity.
