Wondering where I can donate clothing besides value village /diabetes bins? I always take my stuff to those two places but know there must be other organizations needing clothing donations too..

hospital store, 600 block 9th street and mennonite store on pacific ave about 3rd or 4th street

you can donate clothing, shoes, household, toys and misc items at the Elspeth Resource Centre on 9th street near Lorne

The best place to donate your unwanted clothing or household items is THE NEARLY NEW SHOP at 690 on on 9th street just behind Super Store.... 100 % of the proceeds everyday go directly to the Brandon Hospital... We have a lovely shop there with something for everyone...The prices are very reasonable.............

I am curious if anyone knows where I might donate dozens of small hotel sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion?

I know I have read articles where agencies are happy to have them.

7th Street Health Access Center (20 7th Street) also accepts the small hotel sized/ travel sized shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. They have a shower that people can use free of charge - they lend towels and facecloths and provide 'hospital' shampoo and soaps, but the travel ones are often a bit 'nicer' than the 'hospital' ones.

Take them as well. I've posted on other posts about this. I work for a reserve that's south of Virden.
I often take donations to my work place to let prenatal mamas go through the items. If the moms don't take items the youth I work with will.
Items could be anything, clothing, household, toiletries, or toys.
Just another suggestion.
