Average Electricity And Water

Hi folks,
I have never paid hydro in Manitoba yet, I have always had it included with rent. I am just wondering on average what my bill would be like for electricity and water. I have a washer, dryer, air-condtioner and computer . basically a maximum load.....can anyone give me an idea???
