has an additional Administrative Service Charge on it: did anyone notice? When I phoned to ask what it's for, the answer was it's because the utility fees increased part way through the quarterly billing period & this covers the extra cost of meters being read & ajustments being made. To be honest, I've not been the one paying the utility bill so didn't even know that we all pay an Admin.Service Charge. It's not a lot of money - granted - but that fee, on every utility bill that goes out in Brandon will sure add up. Doesn't the city factor in wages when they develop a budget? Maybe I'm just picky now that I've noticed but I just don't think that's okay.
