Regularly updated local blogs?

Curious What local blogs folks know about that are updated regularly.... say once per week? Not so much as Facebook or Twitter feeds, but websites complete with only domain/etc. May even be a business that's regularly speaking to their area of expertise.

Would like to come up with a larger list but a couple that I'm familiar with that are regularly contributed to by someone local....

I'm getting married and came across this website and local blog on Facebook. Looks like they are new and every few days there's new stuff being added.
