So according to the paper there are still kids left living there because this home has been given a license by another CFS? What the hell?

It could be a temporary license issued in the event of an emergency. I am very interested to hear CFS's side of this story. It must be pretty big if they haven't released a statement yet.

Has anyone seen a statement from CFS yet? I didn't get the sun today. I did hear from a friend that a lot of staff have been let go so I feel bad for people who were just doing their jobs and didn't know anything better and now they have no cheque. I'm not saying he people that ran it, I'm saying I feel bad for the people who answered to the boss like they were supposed and did what they were supposed to

How about you get some of these kids from CFS and let's see how you do with them? Empty drums makes the loudest noise. Go to the media houses and make your voice louder. Wise people are quick to hear and slow to speak and even a fool is considered wise when he's silent. Listen and silent have the same letters.

about all this comes down to the parents.It takes energy to raise a child,to love and support them through the good times and the bad.Parents need to understand when a child starts spreading their wings they will make mistakes,this is when a parent guides their child.Parents need to understand, that sending their child to grandmas or to CFS because the child is not playing by the rules, the child feels abandoned,when this happens a child starts behavioral problems.Kids will test a parent,the parents job is to set rules and make sure their kids know they are loved no matter what.Maybe the government needs to stop the child benefits as some parents think this as a money win fall,the more kids the more money, why work.Its sad to say,when a child gets to a certain age, they are treated like a cute puppy,when the puppy has grown into a dog,its just dumped off.Schools should not have to feed your child,get out of bed and feed your child and give them a hug before leaving.Really love your child.

there is so many people putting comments on here - that dont have the facts - what facts there is known to the public - you re not even repeating them correctly- The license was revoked because SFH was not getting paid.simple.

Is that a statement from CFS or just hearsay? To my knowledge CFS has NOT released a statement yet.

Based on disputing of facts on some of the serious matters noted previously in this thread and lack of available fact to back further discussion I've decided that it's best at this time to close this discussion to further comment on this highly sensitive topic. I will leave the door open to future re-opening should there be publicly accessible fact such as stories in media or public statements from involved parties that justify further discussion. thank you
