6,7 and 9?!

i was watching the noon hour show like i do most days. and if im not mistaken she said that there was a 6,7 and 9 year old who started a fire, but because of their ages there wasnt anything they could do. so they lectured them on it. what happened the next day 2 out of the 3 kids went back to finish the job! where are these kids parents? seriously what is happening to children? why are they feeling the need to do these things?
