I wouldn't do it. Also at times dogs run loose. I think it's is safety things. Sorry I also would be cautious with that small of a child

we've taken bike rides with the bike trailer for kids and I've walked up there with a jogging stroller with very little issue. it depends on your stroller really and if the hills are super mucky or not, which they likely aren't right now. if you have a jogging stroller you should be fine

We go quite a bit. If you just stick on the a loop it's nice and wide. And like some one said if you have a stroller with the bigger wheels your good to go.
