If anyone can answer ..  
For people living in campbells now, the lot rent after 3 percent in September, won't change right? The lot rent will be very high for people who are going to live there and add mobiles in the future, their lot rent will be high but the people living now will not change?

Well I have been here for quite some time and it has been great for our family and still is.. new ownership and management is great.. as for new rules , well to me rules are rules and they are put in place to beautify the park and new one to come .. as for lot rent the old part will rise by 3 percent which is not a heck of alot, as for the new part I am not sure where it will start at.. but I am pretty sure it will be a lot less than brandon parks... meadowbrook village is a very nice place to live and recommend it to anyone looking to move this way...country living only a few mins outta brandon nice quiet community with all great neighbors IMO.. hope this helps

I would also like to know Internet options.

Well we have a dog and as long as they are under control and not running around and ensure you clean up after them as per normal it''s all good.. cats don''t know .. Internet options are Inetlink or rf now .. we have Inetlink and runs pretty good now that they switched to lte but a little on the expensive side ...but all depends what pkg you choose

We are having an open house from 6 -8 Thursday eve and the lady who manages the park will be running the open house.. now I know mine will open and I am sure the other mobiles that are new and for sale will be open as well for viewing, I think anyways.. come.take a peek out here and she can answer most if not all questions in regards to the park and rules as they apply. . Hope this helps for inquiring minds ..

Express vu is around 70-80 monthly all depends which program pkg you choose the same with net set and some.pkgs are cheaper then others they range from 40.00 to 150 on lte maxed out plan ..pet policy I assume it's the same as.other.parks

When is the old part raising lot rent?

I couldn't even guess at that one, but it won't be very much only a few more dollars ..

Lot rent:  
HIGHLAND/WS is $270 and up  
BRENTWOOD is $280 and up  
GLENDALE is $350 and up  
MEADOWBROOK is $174 (Sept 3% is $180)  
 
Pet policy:  
HIGHLAND/WS is 1 dog 1 cat or 2 cats  
BRENTWOOD is 1 dog 1 cat  
GLENDALE is 2 dogs or 2 cats  
MEADOWBROOK is 2 dogs or no policy?  
 
Rules:  
HIGHLAND/WS is 20-30 pages long  
BRENTWOOD is similar ^  
GLENDALE is no idea  
MEADOWBROOK is no idea  
 
Cable and Internet:  
HIGHLAND/WS is any  
BRENTWOOD is any  
GLENDALE is any  
MEADOWBROOK is inet and satellite  
 
I am not sure who is the owner of MEADOW

Is now owned by Best Buy homes. They are required to send notices of rent increases 3 months prior, did anyone receive one?
