Call police station - they will relay the information to the appropriate personnel. A few pictures on your camera/phone of the vehicle and licence plate wouldn't hurt if the person leaves before BPS shows up.

Wow that was pretty rude obviously your mother didn't teach you manners should really grow up and act your age or are you still 12

they should be able to do what they want on their own property with little or no regard or care about other people and or what they think.  
 
with out said bylaws, people who don't care will devalue a neighbourhood quickly as there is no one to hold them accountable.  
 
caring and reasonable people then quickly discover the lost cause and either decline in their own standards or move out.  
 
then people that are looking to move in see the decline in the neighbourhood and look else where consequently leaving the neighbourhood to those that don;t care about what it look like cause that they way they are.  
 
and it does not matter the wealth of the community, you can have a starter community or an older well past prime community that still has a neat clean and tidy appearance with well kept homes.  
 
just look at how the history of so called undesirable neighbourhoods in larger cities and follow how they got that way. nobody caring and nobody enforcing reasonable bylaws 40 years ago.

I always find it interesting at the amount of people that believe laws don't apply to them. By-laws i:ncluded. They are in place for a reason.  
Having said that ByLaw enforcement in Brandon is really lacking.... Think of the revenue to the city if we had bylaw officers that worked in ALL areas of the city not just checking parking meters downtown.

I'm just curious if anyone has found this bylaw on City of Brandon site? I have looked and couldn't find anything. Just curious.

I asked why is this a by law, why is this illegal? All you are saying is this is a law because it's a law.

maybe they are digging up the driveway to put a new one in and are parking on the grass for now.  
 
I am sure glad I can get along with my neighbors, even the one beside me who has only mowed their grass once this year.  
 
Now, if I have a bonfire tonight and have done the proper paperwork to have one - someone is sure to complain about the smoke - close your windows or come join us, the old neighborly way!

Are you saying your neighbor is literally parking in the middle,of their lawn/across their lawn?  
I mean,you say "it's a eye sore"!  
OR....are they parked off to the side just off the road?  
Are they planning on making a driveway there because they do not have a double driveway that they do indeed need???Possibly.  
But yah if their parking right in the center of their yard and it's making a huge muddy mess I can understand it wouldn't look very pretty,but it's their yard there's obviously a good reason why their doing it!!!!!!

is it against the bylaw code in Brandon to park in visitors parking with no plates or regstration
