Long shot but here it goes. Also this can serve as a reminder to all motorists.  
 
Last night between 10:30 and 10:45 I was driving east into Brandon on highway 1A. About a mile east of Kemnay I was meeting a vehicle when the one behind him pulls out to pass, forcing me onto the shoulder and into the ditch. Luckily myself and the car seem no worse for wear. If anyone has any information pass it along.  
 
And I hope this can be a reminder to all motorists to make sure it is clear to pass before you do so!!!

Similar thing happened to me on Friday as well except I did not end up in the ditch. I was being passed on highway 18 and a car coming on the highway looked left but not long enough to the right where you would not normally see traffic on a 2 lane highway. They were turning right when coming onto the highway. They almost pulled out onto the highway into a head on collision of the passing car. Fortunately they saw them at the last moment. Just a reminder to look both ways and too not be in too big of a hurray passing.

Do you have a des:cription on the vehicle?

Unfortunately because of the time and the lack of daylight I didn't get a des:cription. It was a car I know that, but that isn't adding too much detail.
