Non food related, I think that market is saturated with mediocre establishments already.
What new business would you like to see come to Brandon, Likely or not, these are my top 3.

1) Bed Bath and Beyond
2) Ikea
3) Costco

IKEA’s market research and their criteria took so many years just to get to Winnipeg. They require an extremely healthy population of close to a 1-2 million people (including the trading population around it). A full fledged IKEA store will never happen here.

Maybe a JYSK outlet (IKEA type stuff - economy style) might fly better here.

A Costco would be nice.

A TEENS clothing store for both female & male! Every time my 12 yr. old granddaughter comes to visit she gets so frustrated because none of the stores in the mall has clothes that fit her....she hates Walmart.....
