My iPhone screen went blank can't turn it on. I got a new phone but need all my contacts from my old phone can anyone help me out on how to transfer them. Mts or Rogers can't help me out

Did you backup your old phone to the cloud?
If you did, on your new phone once you setup your Apple ID and iCloud you can recover your contacts, photos, and settings.
If you didn't, then your outta luck.

Did you try holding the home button and the lock button at the same time for 30 seconds? That fixed mine!

Hold down your home button and power button and the Apple should show up on your screen

Google dfu mode and it will give you instructions. It's worked for me in the past when I though my phone was bricked.

Should also mention the home button does not work and won't do anything when I hook it up to the computer

Where is a good place to get an iPhone fixed not sure what is wrong with it screen is black home button does not work screen is cracked

you can try go to (sorry do not the business place) town center again do not know the location area but that place will charge you way cheaper and won't make you wait days or weeks.
Apparently was a woman started in her home and got so busy she started a business in town center.

They are an authorized Apple Repair shop.
