You could say what was the location that you could see it this awesome on your post. I drove to darker area and still could not see anything.

in Spruce Woods last night they were definitely dancing behind the clouds. And even extended to right overhead with spikes.

We looked around 11 in Brandon a didn't see anything. Next time.

Bet they were gorgeous at Sprucewoods!

Please whoever see the Northen lights happening in Brandon next time, announce the location. I really want to see it.

Added a few photos that I got of the Northern Lights from Spruce Woods Provincial Park.

When they're out, you will be able to see them in multiple places but you need to drive out of Brandon and get away from the city lights. Drive somewhere darker and you should be able to see them clearer  
 
We were in Erickson on Friday and could see them a bit from the campground. We drove out to the Sandy Lake turn off and were able to see them a bit better as it was darker. It was pretty cloudy though

clouds looked pretty nice when illuminated by the aurora as well.

Does that not mean they have ice up north? Isn't kinda early for ice to be formed?

Yes, they did. I tried to take some pictures but my camera sucks. Your pics look nice! It was much cloudier where we were

They have nothing to ice on the poles. It's solar wind from the Sun hitting the Earth's Magnetosphere.
