Noticed a ton on cops and caution tap on 9th is something serious happening down there?

On 9th St? Hearing tons of sirens earlier

they were on 9th and Park Avenue when we went by

They have a house on 9th, just north of Park ave tapped off with police tape. From what I could see the front door of the house looks like it was kicked in and every light in the house is on and a cruiser is in front of the house and behind the house guarding the scene. But earlier in the night around 7:00pm, it looked like every cop that was on duty in Brandon at the time was on scene and they had all of the 800 block of 9th blocked and also park avenue from 10th to 8th blocked with most of the police vehicles parked on Park avenue away from the house. Also one ambulance was on scene. It also looked like they took a few people away in cruisers. I was just down the street at the time but I have no idea what happened.  
 
Whatever went down we will probably hear something about it in the police services media release tomorrow morning, unless it was a sudden death that not suspicious.

find the shooter ASAP and the gun!  
 
We didn't know what the heck was going on but we could watch a block away from the house. Scary thought to think some idiot got away holding a sawed off shotgun.

So the attackers, victim, and a guy staying at the place where it all went down were all arrested/charged for different things in the end.  
 
Just wow.

The police service has issued a warrant for Skylar Walter COOK age 21 of Brandon in relation to the incident on Saturday evening in the 800 block of 9th St. It is believed that COOK was responsible for discharging a firearm in a residence that resulted in injuries to a woman. The warrant includes charges of Pointing a Firearm, Possession of a Prohibited Firearm with Ammunition, Discharge a Firearm with intent to Wound, Possess Firearm contrary to a Prohibition Order, Forcible Confinement, Assault with a Weapon, Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose, Threatening to cause Injury or Death, and Theft Under $5000. Cook was last known to reside in the 200 block of 15th St. Anyone who has information on his location is asked to contact the police service or Crimestoppers.  
 

According to the below media release from police, he's been arrested.
