Question about rent increase (Question for Landlords)

I was just wanted to know how much as a landlord are they allowed to raise a tenants rent?

Also,when a person is paying rent,is it not the landlords responsibility to provide a parking spot?

Here are the guidelines for rent increases. I do not believe they must provide a parking space, that would be stated in your tenancy agreement if that is included or not and if there is a fee for it.

they cannot supply a parking spot if there is only street parking, as they don't own the street.

If there is a parking lot for your building, you should probably be supplied one.
