Just read this news on the Brandon Sun website.

A shooting occurred on that block, suspect in custody but no gun. Victim being treated at hospital.

The police sure have been dealing with some crazy stuff lately. But glad too here there's an arrest. Good work BPS!

According to the below article from CBC, the suspect was arrested inside of a church in the area after trying to hide from police and telling someone in the church That he had shot someone. It also says the suspect and victim were known to each other and the shooting was not random.
