So noticed an old truck at Patmores nursery with a sign stating alternative landscaping...opening soon. New nursery going in perhaps? Hope so. Sure miss Patmores.

Alternative Landscaping is using the location as a place to sell Christmas trees.

If you have MTS cable, there was a documentary on the, "on demand" section that told the history of patmores in Brandon. Not sure if its still on there though. But if you go onto YouTube and look up Patmore Legacy, the full documentary is on there.

Alternative Landscaping will be at the old Patmore location for a few years as they have acquired a lease on the property.

This will be excellent exposure for their 26th and Patricia Ave location which is a huge operation.

It will give gardeners another option to get their bedding plants, trees and shrubs for the next growing season.
