What I did to offend the powers that be here, but I was just checking to see if they had posted our event on the event's guide when you posted and see that they have wiped out our entire discussion. I cannot even archive it from google as I have in the past when it went "dormant". If this reply gets posted I will post the info here again.

This sounds like a great event. I really really appreciate the interest in using the site to get the word out but unfortunately as per forum rules the forums can't be used for promotional purpose. The concern is that if it were the norm the forums would end up with more promotional posts than they're built to handle. For this reason I had to move the thread to the separate group called "The Plug Board" and made a separate post to that thread with more info. Beyond that I'd highly recommend posting to the Events calendar available in the tab in the main menu. Thanks for your understanding and best of luck with the event!
