Has anyone traveled Kemnay to hwy1 and to Souris? Wonder what the road condition is like.

Isn't bad. Seems to be both lanes, from what I hear. I am not sure how road to Souris is though. From what I hear, most East-West roads have been done. Going North down 117 W to 1A this morning was a disaster. One lane, not fully plowed yet from Glencarndock to 1A, and snow was higher than roof of the car on the side of the road where farmers had to plow the road themselves. I am hoping the rest of the North-South roads to Souris aren't in the same predicament. In any case, it seems that the RM's are understandably having a hard time keeping up with this excess of snow. Let's hope the rest of the winter isn't as bad, or flooding will be a heavy concern come spring .

Seems like Kenmay/Brandon route always have a slippery section or two. Not sure where 117 or Glencarndock is.

From Brandon to 1A is actually the best I have seen yet this year right now. The black ice that has been on the road since the first big storm has finally been worn down. I have a friend in Kemnay who says the roads leading west are finally better now too. The gravel backroads suck.

Just came home from Deloraine. Lots of blowing snow across number 10. Not so much on the 3.
