Permenent impairment through mpi

Hi there. I was in a vehicle accident 2015. Came out of it with quite a few scars. Therapist was here in dec to measure them. Mpi has everything they need and my question is what was the time line after measurements were taken for the lump sum payout? Was it a fair price? Feedback appreciated thanks!
