What are they charging to sell your property ? Can you get one that will only charge 3% ? My house will practically sell itself because of its location ? Perfect for young family. If I can find a realtor that would sell it for 3% I would use him if not I will do it myself

Why pay more than 3% ?

I've worked with Larry Jago (century 21) and Rana Wilkinson (Sutton realty) on a professional level and both of them go above and beyond to get your house sold. When working with my clients in another field who are using an agent to sell, I always make it a point to ask who their agent is and how they liked them. The agents that always get raving reviews from people (who aren't just friends endorsing them, but strictly business) is these two.  
He is friendly, easy to talk to, takes his time and she is bubbly and energetic, fun to work with and both very knowledgeable.

I can vouch for this. We had a difficult sale. We switched realtors to Cam and he sold the house almost immediately...we noticed a huge difference in traffic after switching to Cam.

Great guy. Easy to work with! Goes the extra mile!

Glen I feel is really good, good customer service plus if you list with him you get a free house clean.

About a very bad experience with a local Realtor who has a history of bad dealings. Hopefully it will save you some trouble if you are considering his business. Hope you find a good Realtor though, there are lots of good ones out there!

I would recommend Julie Hominick from 3% Realty...you can't go wrong with her!!

Mr. BDS, please also send me p.m too. I am thinking of a very good realtor and not with high commission to sell my condo. I need to take the bad ones out of the list first.

Julie Hominick from 3% is more than just a realtor, she listens, will find you what you really want! Plus why pay more in fees and commissions and still get the best service around! Julie goes the extra mile, great realtor!

Tyler Monckton from 3% Realty. He was a great help to us. Very upfront and honest with any of the properties we were looking at. Non-biased opinions regardless of whether or not the property he was showing us was listed with his Realty or not. Highly recommend giving him a call!
