what is the name of the app for the brandon hills that shows all the trails not only the A B or C trails.

Trail forks is the best mobile app for both Android and Apple. You can download a region to use offline as well so you don't need a cell signal to work.  
 
You can also find it online at openstreetmap.org or pick up paper copies locally at Stream N Wood

To look at the Brandon Hills the trailforks map app doesn't show all trails so is there any trail map apps will show every trails?

Alltrails has most of them  
 
but i believe it doesnt have the ones on the very far east side

no it is not complete. I do see trails that are not showing on my trailforks app

Are you talking summer or winter? Because there are snowshoe trails that are not a trail when the snow melts. I've been on the trails more times that I could ever count and trail forks is one of the most complete map apps I've seen for the hills.

I am talking about trails that the guy in snowmobile with a sled drive around to fresh up the path.  
Going on the A trail I could see a trail the trailforks map app but once reached that point I didn't see any trail.  
Does it depend which phone you have to download maybe I didn't download the app properly.

All those trails are definitely on trail forks. Maybe you coming up to a trail that isn't packed and you can't see it.

I do cross 3 trails the fire ant trail that isn't shown on my app. The trail shown on my app I couldn't see well I was facing trees all over so an unpacked trail should at least show a path of cut off trees.  
And the tower connector and lucky 1 road again were confusing with what I see before my eyes and what my app shows so I turned around before I loose myself there.  
I consider myself not bling but I may be wrong and be in wrong park or in the wrong province. I doubt it though.

It sounds to me that it's trails that aren't used in winter. I was east of the tower a few weeks ago on a trail that I've been on several times. Even knowing where I was going it was hard to find the trail at times.
