Taking it back

Just wondering have you tried taking it back to where you bought it? Last time I bought a protocol drone it broke within the first hour and I returned it back to Best Buy.
If that is not an option you can buy a replacement parts kit from the Protocol website. it shouldn't be too hard them replace yourself if you have a little bit of knowledge and time.
