Talk to the flaggers. They will/can slow the drivers down.  
No flaggers but simple road signs? Good luck with that. Anytime I pass workers on the road I do the slow.

If you're not adjusting your speed to driving conditions, maybe adjust your travel time instead of stressing everybody else out cause you're in a hurry. Chances are you won't be able to slow down let alone stop.

The guy with dash cam is a friend of mine...he was stuck himself  
....got out and then went helping others on the highway...

I was just trying to.make a point for people to slow down...I am a proffessioal driver and care about the people Work I g on and near road ways....that's all

The dashcam footage was done by a storm chaser out of wpg, who said on all his posts that he was out there to help stranded motorists. I never read anywhere that he himself got stuck. All his posts are on nzp chasers. And the other guy in the black truck that made a video of himself telling people to stay off the roads had helped pull Quite a few people out himself. I didn't read anywhere that he was stuck either. Both of those guys, in both vehicles said the semi came out of nowhere, going way too fast. Neither of them said the snowmobiler was in the wrong or goofing off.

Try driving on Veteran's Way if you wanna feel what it's like to be tail-gated for miles only to be passed and glared at as they go by! Happens all the time no matter what the road conditions are like, 90km per doesn't apply to these idiots!

Says on a Facebook post that the RCMP had relayed through the EMS that they were allowing drivers to head east into Brandon at their own risk. The semi yes was driving on a closed highway, however with the RCMPs permission. It''s been driving me crazy that this hasn''t been reported. I will attempt to add a photo of that post. The post also explains in his own words why he was out there. The other guy who was out in his truck pulling people out was unlawfully driving on a closed highway. He was not stranded, he decided to head out to pull people out of the ditch and then proceeded to tell people to stay off closed highways.

Even though things are melting it still can be slippery in some spots. I had a lady in a white truck today almost sideswipe my passenger side because she was too careless to yield to me while she was at the yield sign Coming off that side road just before getting on that bridge just after the corral centre. I had to move my closer to the other lane and as I was slamming on my brakes I slid and almost was hit by a semi thanks to you and you still felt the nerve to swear and yell honk and give me the finger. Hmm funny. Some people seriously need to learn how to drive especially when it's still wet like this. I'm sorry lady but that upside down triangle lady means Yield and considering I was just 2-3 feet from where you merge you had no time to safely merge into the traffic you just decide to whip out when your right beside me. You need to learn to drive and stop and wait for me. Funny driving all the way down the road to coop you still felt the nerve to be giving me the finger. You must have got your license out of the cereal box. Especially if you can't figure out how to yield to someone...  
just glad I didn''t get hit. But really lady go take a drivers ed class maybe. I think you need it
