Just wondering if id call city of brandon .. And if so what number? Or city brandon bus info line to complain because the bus terminal is not safe walkway at all. i get its hard to clear snow after a storm but they should have where u get off the bus layered in salt to remove ice and snow scrapped away way better than it is. so its not all uneven and safer to walk and get off the bus. Dont know if theyll even do anything bout it .. But because of it not cleared safer i fell stepped off the bus and twisted my ankle.. I was even being careful holding on to the door handle as i stepped down as snow isnt cleared properly where i was gettin off it was a slope of snow and icy.. and i still fell n twisted my ankle. My whole ankle is swollen and sprained. Because of it i now lost out on my shift today because i cant perform my job like this. And i cant really afford to just lose a whole 8 hour shift. I dont know if theyll give any settlement or not... but they need to clear the area way better at the terminal where people are suppose to step off the high step bus. it was not a new bus that lowers itself down either.
