We will attend a brunch Sunday morning,then a family meal at supper:
Since we don't have ham (or fixings for pluma moos) this year, it will be a variation of "Pork With The Works" (Company's Coming, The Pork Book). The pork roast will be spiced with mustard, sage & cloves, & served with orange-cranberry-drippings-butter sauce. Instead of regular potatoes, we will add sweet potatoes, onion & rescue crab apples to the roasting pan. This is a hit at our house, and super easy!
I may add a fancy green salad.
I am not sure about dessert yet, but it will be good!
