Vereniki...it is similar to perogies, but different in dough & filling composition.
Homemade farmer sausage (MUCH better than the additive laden versions, which actually make me feel nauseous).
Schmauntfat (this is closer to the correct spelling, haha) otherwise known as cream gravy...again, heavy, fresh farm cream is always best.
You can't forget a good fruit moos either. My favorite is cherries, peaches & raisins, and not made with milk. I never did like the prunes in it. This is best eaten with the sausage or ham. Yum!
