Construction at 7-11

The 7-11 just off 26th. street has the parking area all tore up, huge deep hole there.
Hazco is doing the work, anyone know what's up?
There used to be a gas station next door to the 7-11, but this is a fair way from where the tanks likely were. Maybe there was a leak.
Asked a lady working there what was going on but she had no clue.
