Sometimes if the police are looking for a suspect, they will set up a perimeter and then turn their lights and sirens on and let them run for a while in hopes the suspect wil hear the sirens and hide somewhere and then they will use the Dog to track to where the suspect is hiding. Could be why you heard sirens, but their was no movement.
