I used XPlornet at my last residence, had no problems or concerns with it at all. Wasn't available at my new location so changed to a different provider. Would have stayed with them otherwise.

Had Xplornet for few years in rural MB but was limit on time could view Youtube so looked for new supplier. Don't know if that's changed now or not. Remember if we went over alloted time would have to wait 24 hours to be "assigned" more time.
