I see they have had a few ads for hire. I am thinking of applying but am not an internal employee.
Any thoughts on this position from anyone who has worked in this field is greatly appreciated.
I know starting is casual, but do you ever get on full time? How are shifts and hours?

Hey I’m not housekeeping but I do work in the facilities. I do know they can hire people for a part time position. As for full time it depends on who applies as it’s done by seniority.

I would recommend you apply and take all the hours you can get. I applied as casual a few years ago and was getting full time hours within my first month there. Unless things have changed in the last 7 years, you shouldn't have a problem getting near full time hours.
