emergency vehicles on sixth street

I have listened to our local radio news and checked our local newspaper and even checked with Ebrandon under news and discussions, but haven't found out anything about the emergency vehicles that were on sixth street between Park Ave., and Brandon Avenue, I think. This was last night around six and seven pm when I drove by it. Does anybody know what happened?
