Food Truck Warz just released info about their events this coming year:  
 
It will be three day Sept. 14-16  
Sept. 14 5pm-11pm  
Sept. 15 11am-11pm  
Sept. 16 11am-6pm  
 
It will be downtown in and surrounding Princess Park. with several surrounding streets to close for the event  
It will also feature Wonder Shows Family Fun Carnival with a variety of rides as well.  
 
It''ll be interesting to see how this plays out but it kind of sounds like the old Picklefest set up which I think is neat on a nostalgic front.

hope chris Arthur is able to bring his horse and wagon for rides like he used to on princess ave when he had rides there

Mentioned on FB, where is all this parking that they speak of that will be available? Some will be the parking at town center but there isn't a lot of street parking is there?

The parking situation will be far better then it was at the Vic Inn. Between the crazy construction zone and funnelled traffic, and the residential area it was a nightmare.  
At least downtown the parking options are higher.

Kinda? It depends to be honest, if parking is available at the town center that would be a positive however its also paid parking so bare that in mind. On the street parking is free on weekends but with the amount of people who showed up to the first food truck warz I could see it being a bit of a nightmare to find places to park within a few blocks of the event. Also bare in mind that there's also residential areas downtown as well.

Why not walk, bike or take a bus??? There are mulitple other parking lots that could be available on the weekends if some of the local businesses cooperate. Hydro, City of Brandon parking lots,YMCA, old Brick, old Central Clinic, Gov building...

What do they charge at the Town Centre, $2? I doubt that would keep many people away.

Town Centre parking is free in the evenings Thu, Fri, Sat, and all day Sunday, so it will have little to no effect on this event
