Mts tv channel 434EAHD

Is anyone else experiencing any problems with the hd channel 434EAHD? I'm getting flickering every 30 or so seconds and sometimes audio loss. I called the tech and he sees it and put in a support ticket but he hasn't had any other calls about the problem. So if anyone else is seeing it I urge you to call and complain to get it fixed faster.
