HELP!!!! Tips on Planning a wedding!

HELP! I am currently planning a wedding and a little flustered by all of the little details that need attention. So I was wondering if any of you girls or guys have some good advice or tips for planning a wedding.
I am having an outdoor wedding, with reception to follow at a hall. so any tips on DIY projects or money saving ideas would be a GREAT help, as I am a budget but crafty bride!
