It irks the heck out of me to pull into a parking space..open my car door, and look directly down into a disgusting pile of cigarette butts. What is with those people who feel the outdoors is their personal garbage can? Can they not simply empty their butts into a bag and deposit it in any garbage receptacle? Goodness knows there are plenty available in every shopping centre. It's bad enough we have to watch them flicking their nasty still lit butts out the windows. Every car I've ever been in comes with an ashtray. Why then is it so hard to use it and then empty it in an appropriate place. Get a grip smokers.. have some respect.
