K seriously, I can understand employers needing thier employees at work. But on days such as this, sometimes this is just not going to happen.  
As we live on a backroad, we are usually last to be plowed and when the snow hits, it really hits.  
 
So d/h goes to try to make it to work this morning(which I told him last night wasnt going to happen), gets stuck, digs out, and comes home to phone in. Friendly employer argues that he should be able to make it in, blah blah blah, K looking out at my road, there is about a foot of snow, the schools in dosa are shut down for the day due to all the snow.  
 
What do they expect from you sometimes? Do we magically evolve and sprout wings? seriously, it makes me so mad that they would expect you to endanger your life just to make it to work....Sorry all, Just needed to rant.
