Does anyone know anything about 8mm projectors? My neighbor has inherited some very important home movies along with a projector and try as I might I can't get the darn thing to feed. I've done a bit of poking around the internet and the best I could find was a decent-sized writeup. I really need a diagram (or in a perfect world a video) though as I've never really seen one in action.  
If anyone knows of a website or has a manual from an old autofeed one, I'd really appreciate it.  
 
Failing that, who converts this type of thing to DVD in town.. and what type of costs would one be looking at?
