Before you start putting soil into the raised bed what is it built upon?
Is it sitting on soil, gravel, stone/concrete?
How deep is the bed? If it is about a foot deep (30cm) then you will need about 3.5 cubic yards of infill.
If it is on soil put some permeable membrane or old carpet down first, on solid concrete then a 2 inch layer of gravel/stone chips will help drainage and lessen the amount of infill needed.
I would suggest not using black dirt/soil as it will go sticky unless you mix in a lot of peat based compost.
Look at the costing from a landscape company for different soil mixtures but unless you pay extra for sterilised soil you will have a fair amount of weeds growing as well as your crops.
Raised beds dry out quicker in the heat of summer so need more frequent watering, you can reduce this somewhat by lining the inside with plastic, but not the bottom as you need free drainage.
