could try the Greenspot or Alternative landscaping but idf not then Lindenbergs had seed this year, item 527, Asclepias (Butterfly Milkweed). Sow in autumn so that it stratifies and grows in spring. Needs a sunny, dry, well drained spot.
It grows wild in the roadside ditches so if none in shops then you could gather your own seed.
It can also be propagated from root cuttings but ensure each has a bud. Roots are quite rampant and about 6-9 inches below ground.
Edit: I see that T&T seeds also had seed available, two varieties. Catalogue B8 and B9.
