Where is the best place to get good topsoil for gardens in bulk? Best bang for your buck? Thanks!

Are you wanting topsoil or fill for raised beds etc? Straight topsoil would not be good, but most places have a soil blend of topsoil, sand and peat or something like peat. Usually it's called container filler or something.  
 
I've bought from Taz and Alternative in the past. If you have the ability, you can go to Alternative and buy by the yard. We use trugs/containers in the back of our van. Way cheaper. Livingstone also does that I think.

They sell it by the yard, or half yard i believe. you can either pick it up yourself in a bulk bag if you have the means (Truck/trailer) or they will deliver it and either dump it someplace for you or drop it off in a bulk bag which you return after you're done with it. I've done this in the past and it worked pretty slick, and no clean up afterwards.
