Perogie Recipe Wanted!

Hi All.
Im looking for a perogie recipe as winter has closed in here in New Zealand and we have a hankering for a plate of potatoe filled, sour cream smothered bundles of yummyness.
Ive been cruiseing around online and found a few but they are made with sour cream in the pastry which i dont rememeber being in my lost recipe.
What recipe would you recommend?
