Breakfast...how do you start your day

For as long as I can remember, I've always started my day with an orange, except for little spans where they're not as good.
Right now, I'm addicted to porridge, the big rolled oats(10 minute cook time), so I take frozen blueberries and cover the bottom of a bowl, cook the porridge and cover the berries: then I grind up some flax, add some brown sugar and sprinkle, a dash of cream...and enjoy!!!
Way cheaper than boxed cereals, way healthier, way feel better...and since I started using flax, well, things seem to move better too.
If you saw what went into the production of typical boxed cereals, you wouldn't eat it...yuuuk! Haven't for 35 years, but I've fallen in love with porridge again.
