Hey do all cheeses make the intolerant like me sick?

A hard cheddar is tolerated by some. Goat cheeses are mostly safe.

My kids are lactose intolerant and I bought them lactose free cheese from Superstore. They have Swiss, cheddar, marble, and maybe one other type. They also have lactose free yogurt, pizza, and sour cream.

Superstore has some of the aged cheese in the gourmet cheese listed as lactose free. Apparently, lactose breaks down with the aging process.  
Lactose is milk sugar so you can also check the nutritional information label and check out carbohydrates for zero.  
Soft/creamy cheeses are fresh and will have whey which has the most lactose. Drier, harder cheeses have had the whey drained off. Aged or sharp cheeses have the last of the lactose break down.
