X-fest to announce Friday at 3 PM

I've gotten word that it's official.... All bands have been signed and X-Fest will be holding an announcement on Friday the 22nd at 3 PM to unveil headliners and 16 other acts for this summer's event. Nobody will be allowed to publish/broadcast that lineup until 4 PM... but you can bet that at 4 PM and 1 second you'll be able to find it here among other places.
