Need some advice on 08 Outlander Mitubishi

Hi,I am planing to get a used SUV after X'mas. The 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander is one of my options, and winnipeg dealer asking 25k(sticker price) for a used 08 outlander LS,7 seats,30km, Can people who is acutally driving this car give some comments on this car? And I do feel the Canadian auto market still dropping as what happened to U.S now. So my question is when is the good time to buy this car and what price I should offer on it? Thanks
