Is the Low Road closed?

I can't get a report anywhere on the Low Road and I have some Shilo guys who are wondering if it is worth it to try and go home to Brandon. Trying to help them out and get them some info. I came from Brandon earlier, took me almost an hour to get to Shilo from the Canadian Tire. If it isn't closed it should be!
Anyone know? And please don't tell me to call the duty desk, won't be on here asking if they knew.
