Suitable for university students, or those in for short term work (it is currently partially furnished). No parties or smoking.
Security system on site as well as secure front entrance.
This is a pretty quiet space and we would require someone to maintain the same level of respect.
Some tenants work unusual hours, so a person with a tolerance for noise (every day living- nothing crazy!) would be necessary.
Landlord/employer references required. If you are entering school and do not have these, feel free to contact me and we can talk. :)
